Women In Business at UC San Diego aims to empower women of all backgrounds to become leaders in today's ever-changing world. Through business education, networking events, career guidance, mentorship, and leadership development workshops, we hope to encourage both professional and personal growth by providing the support needed for women to overcome the challenges they face. WIB will give women pursuing business the chance to affect change not only within themselves and the university, but in the world they seek beyond.
